More About Me

Prior to discovering ballroom dance, Bob preferred creating music with an instrument. Now, he uses his feet. As a fellow member and idol so eloquently put it, “I love the idea of being able to do something with your own body; no additional equipment,” and Bob lives his life with this often-quoted statement in mind. Aside from the dancing, Bob is passionately pursuing a career in the sport of curling, and he aims to be a part of the Winter Olympic team in 2018, fingers crossed. Law school is his backup. When not dancing, Bob collects kitten-themed apartment decorations and engages in research for his capstone thesis on World War One’s influence on British conceptions of masculinity.
