Dance Experience

Chloe has been learning Latin dance since she was little, but she stopped dancing in middle school because her boarding school did not allow students to leave during weekdays. In China, Latin styles, such as Cha Cha and Rumba, are completely separate from Smooth styles, such as Waltz and Tango. Because I never learned Smooth with my basis in Latin dance, getting used to smooth styles is often a bit challenging!

Favorite Dances

Cha Cha, Rumba, and Samba

More About Me

After Chloe graduated from middle school in China, her family immigrated to the United States. She completed high school at Decatur High School, and decided to come to UGA to continue her life journey. Chloe was pre-med at first, but after taking all kinds of science classes in the first semester of her freshman year, she found out that learning about all of the chemicals, bonds, and reactions in addition to sitting in a lab is not the life she wants. In the second semester, Chloe tried math, English and business classes, and figured out that business is very interesting, practical, and useful, so she decided to change my major to finance. Now she can add ballroom dancing to her experiences!
