More About: Davis discovered ballroom dancing last spring through the ballroom foundations 1 class, where he quickly fell in love with it. As a geologist in training, he has no trouble “rocking out” in the classroom and the field, or on stage when an energetic East-coast swing comes on. Outside the dance studio, Davis enjoys traveling, hiking, spelunking, tennis, reading, and playing Minecraft. If given the opportunity, he would tell any non-dancers in the audience, “dancing is super fun! It can be a little scary at first, but give it a shot! I’m living evidence that anyone can become a dancer!”
